The #NSale is one of my favorite times of year to shop! My first time I remember going to the sale was when I was about 10 years old picking out a few pairs of shoes and clothing items for the new school year with my Mom and brother. It became a yearly tradition in our household and I would review the catalog over and over again anticipating what I would love to add to my closet. In college, I usually picked out my most beloved items for that fall at the Anniversary Sale. I still have many of these pieces that are pulled out as the weather gets cooler, including a cape similar to the one on sale this year!
As I have transitioned from a college student to a young professional, my style has evolved, but the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale never fails to meet my fashion needs (and wants). I now look for more “work-appropriate” looks that can be worn in the fall and often look for versatile pieces that can be worn into the winter – especially in Houston.
Given my crazy travel schedule for work, right now, I decided to do my Anniversary Sale shopping exclusively online this year. It was so easy and I loved being able to explore the site when I had a bit of free time! I still managed to do some pretty good damage to my Nordstrom card. With the official sale starting today, I wanted to share some of my favorite items I ordered from the sale below! I haven’t received everything yet, so I don’t know what I will end up keeping, but I cannot wait to have a mini-fashion show at my house this weekend when everything arrives!
