One of my favorite Christmas traditions growing up was to sit the top of the stairs waiting for permission from my parents for my brother and I to come down stairs to start opening presents. When I was really little, I was extremely impatient and wanted to get downstairs as fast as I could. But, now looking back, I cherish those few minutes where my brother and I sat in anticipation of what could be and started guessing what was (or at least what we were hoping) would be under the tree. Before we could rush down those stairs, we had to take a photo to remember that Christmas by, which started the tradition of finding adorable, cozy Christmas PJs that I could lounge around in all morning (if I could convince my family, I would love to all wear matching ones).
In recent years, I have always tried to find a new pair of PJs for each Christmas morning. This year, when I laid eyes on this reindeer PJ top from Lane Bryant, I knew it would be perfect. Especially paired with these flannel plaid pants. (Lane Bryant was so generous to offer to send me this outfit to share with all of you along with my holiday traditions.) Let me tell y’all – these PJs are so soft and I did not want to change out of them once we were done taking these photos. It’s hard to believe that we are only a few short weeks away from the big day and I can’t wait to wear this comfy outfit again!
Do you have a holiday tradition, like finding a new pair of Christmas PJs? I would love to hear about them! Let me know in the comments below. Also, if you aren’t already – I would love for you to follow me on Pinterest. I have been sharing some of my favorite outfits from fellow bloggers and some of the items that I have bought (or wish I could if I had an unlimited budget).
