Traveling has always been one of my passions and I have so many places on my bucket list I would love to visit. I am very fortunate that my parents prioritized traveling when my brother and I were younger and I have been able to see a lot of amazing cities/places. And with my job, I have the opportunity to travel almost every week to my clients locations. I usually feel like I get to experience these cities in depth because I usually stay there for 3-6 months and am able to explore a bit in the evenings and when I stay on the weekends.

Even though I sometimes go back to the same cities over and over again (I’m looking at you NYC), I continue to find new places and adventures and more than that, I continue to learn about myself and how alike we all, as humans are.

When I saw this postcard skirt, I immediately fell in love with the color and print, but also it reminded me of all of the amazing things traveling has brought to my life.

Traveling has taught me that I am independent and can accomplish much more than I give myself credit.

Traveling has opened my eyes and palette to so many different cuisines and foods I never could have imagined trying.

Traveling has allowed me to learn about history and see first hand where key events happened.

Traveling has allowed me to meet so many amazing people and realize that deep down we all have the common desire to be loved, to love and to share our experiences with others.

Traveling has forced me to learn how to navigate a new city (with the help of Google Maps).

Traveling has allowed me to reconnect with friends and classmates who live thousands of miles away.

Traveling has given me some of my most cherished memories.

Traveling has taught me to be flexible and patient.

Traveling has brought so many smiles to my face.

With all of these memories and lessons learned, traveling is more to me than seeing a new place – it’s about experiencing a new culture. There are still so many places on my travel bucket list and I can only imagine what I will continue to learn about the world and myself throughout those adventures. Where do you want to travel to? I would love to hear about your bucket list in the comments! Have a great rest of your week!
