This past weekend was absolutely fantastic! I spent most of the weekend at my parents house. For the most part, I didn’t do too much, just relaxed and hung out with my parents. Although it doesn’t sounds like a fun weekend – it was just what this girl needed! And it was great to spend some quality time with my family! I often feel that I am running at 100 mph, which I love and thrive off of, but I definitely need to take time to relax and enjoy the cotton…
Normally on the weekends, I look for clothes that are comfortable, but this outfit is in a separate realm…it is made completely of cotton which is extremely important as the temperatures in Houston start soaring. This tee has to be one of the most versatile pieces in my closet. I have paired it with a skirt for work, jeans and heels for a night out and now this! I love when I can kind numerous ways to wear it. And EVEN BETTER…this top is from Target (which means my wallet is happy with me)!
Flats are essential on the weekend days…if I am being completely honest, flats are essential most days….And to add a bit of glamour to my tee and jeans combo, I add my favorite accessory – a statement necklace!!
Do you have a go-to outfit for running errands, relaxing or just hanging out?
Cute!! I love mixing stripes and leopard! One of my favorite combinations!
This pretty much resembles one of my “go to’s” as well! I actually love pairing my leopard flats with a striped top and jeans. In fact, I’ll probably wear something along those lines tomorrow!

I completely understand, I feel like I can really relax when I go to visit my parents as well. They take care of my girls and I don’t have to cook or clean, it’s great!
such a cute outfit, I like the pattern mixing 🙂
Love the outfit! Super cute!
I love stripe pattern, it goes with almost any pants style. I have many items with stripe in the closet and could never get tired of them.
